We have been nominated in the 2018 Mediatel Research Awards!

Exterion Media Mediatel Nomination DTE and Research team

We are incredibly excited to announce we have been nominated for two 2018 Mediatel Research Awards.

The first nomination, ‘Best Custom Media Research Project’, is for our Engagement Zone research on London Underground, developed in collaboration with COG Research and Bournemouth University. This study on  London Underground uses a combination of eye tracking and skin conductance response data, in-depth interviews and surveys and shows how travellers engage with advertising and actively welcome it in this environment, seeing it as a journey enhancer.

Our second nomination for ‘Best Use of Data Sets’, is for the use of our Abi tool and new segmentation data. Abi was built as an exclusive, proprietary insight tool for the London Underground ecosystem as part of our data partnership with Telefónica. The tool is unique in OOH and bespoke to the London Rail environment, the dashboard provides us with an analytics tool that centralises and visualises mobile data from O2 mobile devices. Our new data segmentation tool overlays depersonalised and grouped data from TfL smart ticketing with Experian Mosaic demographic groups to help pinpoint target audiences at exact times and locations within London.  

The ceremony will take place in February at the impressive Banking Hall in London.
