Société Générale wraps up Rugby World Cup sponsorship

Calling all City workers! Have you spotted this eye-catching train wrap for French bank Société Générale on the Waterloo & City Line recently? 


For Société Générale it’s a bold departure from more traditional advertising formats and a clever idea. The train will create a really immersive experience for passengers and build excitement for this world-renowned sporting event. And, what’s more, the Waterloo & City Line delivers the bank’s target audience – business commuters – in abundance. In fact, 93% of people on the line are travelling for work/education reasons!*

We’ve worked closely with PSI, Carat France and TfL on this project, and the wrap will continue until November this year so you have plenty of time to spot it!

This Tube wrap is a focal point of Société Générale’s overall Rugby World Cup sponsorship marketing campaign. It’s the first time that a Waterloo & City Line train has been fully wrapped, and even the seat covers and Tube car panels have been taken over with Société Générale branding!
