Our Engagement Zone study won us the Media Research Award at MRS Awards!

Global - 2017 Media Research Award for Engagement Zone

We’re excited to announce that Global and COG Research won the Media Research award, for our Engagement Zone study, in the prestigious MRS (Market Research Society) Awards 2017

Suzy Jordan, Marketing and Commercial Strategy Director at Global UK, said: “This is the first time Global has been a finalist and won an MRS award. Massive congratulations to our Head of Research, Nicola Barrett, who won the award alongside our agency partners COG Research. We were up against some stiff competition, beating Channel 4, Newsworks, Twitter & Omnicom to the prize.”

The Engagement Zone is the largest neuroscience study we conducted on London Underground. Working with COG Research and Bournemouth University, the research used a combination of eye tracking and skin conductance response data, in-depth interviews and surveys. The study discovered how travellers on London Underground pay attention to advertising and actively welcome it in this environment, seeing it as a journey enhancer. Find out more.
